I’m a Central Pennsylvania native, I spent 6 years in SoCal, and recently uprooted to NorCal. Whenever I miss home (and home cookin!) I bake. My grandmother and mother are sultanas of sweet, buttery goodness, and I will share some of their recipes (and my own concoctions) here. West-Coasters are seriously missing out on PA Dutch treats, so come, read, bake, and share your thoughts (and your own home recipes).

Hey there! I think we did meet, for a very short moment when everyone was dropping off their baked goods, so I don’t think we got much time to chat. I miss the Amish chicken pot pie the most–those homemade flat egg noodles, and good, rich stock with the chicken and veggies….mmm….See you at the next bake sale!
Hey, g-ma. we like to invite you to our Cupcakecamp OC. Cupcake Camp is a gathering born from the desire for people to share and eat cupcakes. It first started in San Francisco and has spanned to over 42 locations worldwide such as New York, Boston, Montreal, Paris, and soon to Orange County.
This event is sustained strictly through volunteers and donations. With the donation of 50-100 cupcakes, we invite you to enter in our professional (if you own a business) or amateur cupcake competition and showcase your best and most creative cupcake!
